Craig VanDerSchaegen is a photographer based in Minneapolis

Before becoming a photographer, Craig attended Berklee College of Music in Boston and was a professional drummer and instructor. He was also a software engineer for a few years.

Craig works with a few organizations each year, volunteering his time to help promote causes and non-profit organizations through documentary photography. Recently, Craig has worked with Families Moving Forward, Minnesota Fringe, and NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).

His work has been published in Metro Magazine, GO: AirTran Inflight Magazine, Star TribuneMinnesota Playlist and City Pages.
