Distinctive & Effective Headshots
With close ties to the Minneapolis arts and theater communities, Craig has a genuine interest in helping creative talent succeed.
Actors, actresses and models make up the bulk of his headshot clientele, but they are not the only ones who need professional headshots. Craig frequently works with business executives, attorneys, artists, authors, comedians, musicians and real estate agents.
The Session
Headshot sessions with Craig are very comfortable and collaborative. Throughout the shoot, he'll review the images with you to ensure that you're going to be thrilled with the results.
After the shoot, the images from your session will be put in an online proof gallery for you to review. Once you make your final selection, Craig will retouch your photo(s) and order prints and/or deliver digital files.
Make-up and Hair
Most clients don't request make-up artists or hair stylists, though one can be provided for an additional fee. That said, if you bring your hair and/or make-up product, Craig will work with you to make sure you look great.
For best results in dealing with shiny skin, Craig recommends MAC Blot Powder.
Clothing
Options, options, options! Craig encourages you to as many outfits as you can. It's better to bring a suitcase full of options and not need them than to bring one or two shirts and wish there were more choices.
Private changing areas are available in Craig's studio.
Printing
Prints are not included with the cost of your headshot session. Craig has a relationship with a top national photo lab, keeping the entire process as simple as possible for you. The current cost is roughly $135 for one hundred 8x10 prints (color or black and white), though you can order any quantity that you'd like.
Don't need prints or want to print them as you need them? No problem! All headshot packages include a print-ready file, along with a release form, that allows you to print your new headshot whenever and wherever you'd like.
The Studio
Craig's spacious studio in the Casket Arts Building, located in the beautiful Northeast Minneapolis Arts District, features 1,200 square feet of comfortable shooting, work, and lounge space with free WI-FI access.
In addition to the studio, the building has several stairwells, hallways, and lobbies that are filled with beautiful natural light and textures. Outdoor headshots are also an option when the weather cooperates.
