Inspired

DSCF1642 To say that I'm embarrassed by the state of this blog is an understatement. I'm still shooting a lot, still obsessed with photography and am feeling more inspired than ever, but I haven't been sharing any of it here. My goal is to change that.

I won't promise to start posting every day, but I will make a commitment to post at least once a week, even if it's just a favorite photo from my Tumblr or Instagram that week.

I think a big part of what's held me back from blogging more is that I've been holding on to vague ideas of what this should be instead of just posting what I want, whether that's my own work or the work of others. As long as it's exciting to me, I'm going to share it.

I'll start with a podcast episode that showed up on my phone today:

Shooting Street - featuring Bryan Formhals

I discovered this podcast a couple of months ago and am hooked. The conversations around shooting street photography are so good and very inspiring. I'm particularly excited about this episode because I've been a big fan of Bryan's for years. He hosts the wonderful LPV Show and is a really great person to follow on Twitter if you're into photography as much as I am.
